This Privacy Policy explains how E-Ring, Inc. (“E-Ring,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.ering-cad.com (the “Site”). It applies only to this Site. Public portals and software that E-Ring provides to government customers, such as Capture Connect sites, are operated by those customers and are covered by their own policies and agreements.
Information you give us
When you request a demo, register for an event, contact our sales team or apply for a job, we collect the information you enter in the form, such as your name, organization, job title, email address, phone number, message and, for job applications, your résumé. Our forms are provided by a third-party form service, Formsite, which processes the information on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location and the site that referred you. This information helps us improve the Site; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Some pages include product videos hosted by YouTube. When a video is loaded, YouTube may collect information about your visit under Google's privacy policy. On our redesigned pages, videos load only after you choose to play them.

The Site is intended for government and business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
